For small cavities, we use a non-metal composite filling for restoration.
White in color and enduring in strength, composite fillings offer a lasting,
attractive alternative to metal. Composite fillings can be made right
in the office and can be complete in one visit.
Inlays and Onlays
Made of porcelain, inlays and onlays are used for larger cavities that
do not require a full crown. Both help to strengthen the tooth without
reducing healthy tooth structure.
Inlays are used to fill cavities located in the cusp (inside) of the
tooth.
Onlays are used for larger cavities or repairs. They fill the inside
(cusp) of the tooth, and also extend over the top or side of the tooth.
Both inlays and onlays are made at an outside lab. To assure a custom
fit, they are created from impression of your tooth.
Porcelain Bonded Crowns
Unequalled in appearance or endurance, we use porcelain-bonded crowns
for major restorations. They offer a natural looking and natural feeling
alternative to their metal counterparts.
